Long-distance move from Fountain Hills, AZ to Knoxville, TN

Avoid this moving company at all costs

Biggest mistake we made in selecting this company

Closing date on our new home was February 5, 2025. First shipment arrived on feb 27

Missing main bedroom furniture sleep on used furniture that we bought till bedroom show up on 15 March

Company low ball us quoting 18k before they delivered the furniture had to come up with an additional 5 k or the furniture would not be delivered

Payment was in cash no Expection

Very poor customer service

I had to call them as no one reached out to us to let us know when the furniture was coming

Many broken items

Still no resolution on how to repair or replace them

Please check with the better business bureau before you schedule a mover

This company was not rated when we checked further it was poorly rated by the customer that fell for the lowest price and poor service
